At Legend Pro Sports, we strive to deliver top-quality sports gear and ensure complete customer satisfaction. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect product, we offer a simple and hassle-free exchange policy.
Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can request a product exchange within 3–5 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Eligibility for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange:
- The product must be unused and undamaged.
- Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact.
- Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is mandatory.
- Customized or discounted products are not eligible for exchange.

- After inspection, the replacement product will be shipped within 5–7 working days.
⚠️ Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept exchanges for:
- Used or damaged products
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Items bought during clearance or promotional sales
📦 Shipping Charges
- Exchange shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the product received was defective or wrong.
- In case of our fault (wrong/damaged item), we will bear the shipping charges
